Our Story

“In 2003 we set out for the American Dream—to start our own business and create a family legacy we could be proud of. Here we are, almost 20 years later, living our dream.

As with most new businesses, the first couple of years felt a lot like “the school of hard knocks”—surviving only on customer referrals and the Grace of God. During that time we discovered what we were truly made of, and that replacing auto glass could become a service we deliver with consistency and excellence. 

As an apprentice, I trained under a top-notch journeyman glass technician, and with years of hard work, determination and experience, I became a top-notch, highly sought after journeyman glass technician. Through long hours and hard work, I spent many years gaining field experience while my wife worked hard on the business administrative side. Hand in hand, we’ve grown this business together.

The more we’ve hustled, the more we’ve learned about business, and the better we’ve gotten at serving our customers; whom have become our valued friends. After a while, we were no longer just surviving. We are thriving!

Over the years we’ve faced a variety of hardships, and persevered through the ups and downs of business, family and life. We proudly stand here today, grateful for how far we’ve come and excited to see what our future holds for us.”

Our focus has always been on providing good, honest hard work, to everyone. We love helping people in our community, and auto glass is just one way that we do that. As small business owners ourselves, supporting other businesses is a high priority. We happily provide special offers for our corporate clients & fleet accounts.

We’re also very active in our church, so any opportunity we get to meet someone new, and invite them to join us, is a good and blessed day! We’ve become more than just a mobile auto glass service, we’re a connection with the community and a friend to anyone who needs it.

Many of our customers have shared horror stories from their past experiences with others in our industry; poor seals, leaks, and no warranties.

We want to be the change in the glass industry. That’s why we offer The Clear View Guarantee. That means we warrantee against any defect in the workmanship, such as air leaks, water leaks, etc., we offer a no cost repair or replacement.

3. SUPERIOR TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

When we started out, in 2003, we learned our trade the old fashioned way. We tried, we failed, we dusted ourselves off, and we tried again.

Nearly 20 years later, our technicians are highly trained and certified in glass installations with a combined 40 years in the industry. In addition to being permitted and insured, we are one of the very few companies in Houston who can cut flat glass on site to any size you need.

GETTING STARTED

When you first reach out to us, it may be through the form on our website, or a direct phone call. Either way, you can expect a quick, friendly conversation as we analyze your needs. We do our best to respond promptly and professionally, answering any questions you may have.

We offer 100% mobile Auto Glass Replacements. We are happy to meet you anywhere in the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area: your home, work, or other convenient location.

AT YOUR APPOINTMENT

When we arrive at your appointment, we’ll greet you with a friendly “hello”, then get straight to work. We will need to access the inside of your vehicle to complete the service. We’ll use our special tools to quickly and easily remove the glass with little to no mess.

Auto Glass replacements typically take around 30 minutes to an hour to complete. During this time you’re welcome to stand by, or continue your task at hand and sit back in confidence that you are in good hands. We’ll let you know when the service is complete and will give you detailed instruction on how to care for your new glass.

For fleet accounts, we make it our mission to give you same day or next day service if possible, depending on the availability of the glass.

Commercial & residential glass is a more customized experience but we still make it our mission to evaluate your needs with same day or next day service.

You may receive a quick follow up call 5-7 days after your appointment. This is our way of ensuring you received the best possible experience, and that all of your needs have been met. Feel free to tell us any updates on the glass, or any concerns you may experience.
